The 2016 Mobile Area Homeschool Prom

We would like to cordially invite all area homeschool Seniors and Juniors and their parents to attend the 2016 Prom. Each Senior or Junior may invite one additional guest. Please fill out the attached form and return it, along with your payment, by April 1, 2016. Seating is limited so get your registration in as quickly as possible.
Your payment will include an array of music with a DJ, swing dance instructors, and a sit down buffet. The buffet will have a variety of foods and beverages. You will also receive a keepsake.
We are excited about this year’s venue, the Bragg-Mitchell Mansion. This historic antebellum mansion is a beautiful setting for such an occasion as the Prom. It is one of the most photographed historical homes and will provide many options for great pictures.
Amber Wainwright, a professional photographer, will be on site the entire evening to take candid pictures as well as portrait sittings. The cost for portrait sittings is $30.00 per person. The $30.00 fee goes towards a purchase of a CD of candid pictures and portrait sittings. After the Prom, you will receive a CD in the mail. Payment will be made directly to the photographer immediately preceding your sitting.
This event calls for formal, modest attire. Girls’ dresses may be floor or cocktail length, and should avoid leg slits above the knee, backless dresses, and excessive cleavage. All dresses must pass the front and back “bend over” test. Young men should wear a tuxedo or suit. Parents attending the prom should be in “Sunday” dress, including suit and tie for the men and dresses for the ladies.
